We will normally dispatch stocked goods within 5/7 working days.
PremierPetals.com reserves the right to change the prices of goods at any time.
PremierPetals.com reserves the right by giving notice to the customer at time before delivery date, to increase prices to reflect any increase in cost to supplier due to any factor beyond the suppliers control.
TO PLACE AN ORDER
All orders are placed through the shopping cart. Simply select the petals you require and order by pressing the buy now button. When you have finished shopping simply click make payment. Then check your order and click the place order box.
You can either pay via paypal or with credit/debit card which are processed by paypal through their secure website. You will then be asked to select your payment method from the following options.
TO PAY BY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD.
If you wish to pay by credit or debit card. Select this option by selecting the relevant payment method.
Then follow the online instructions when your payment has been accepted. You will receive an automated order confirmation. please e mail us if you do not receive this and one of our team will be able to
confirm your order for you. If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted by one of our team members.
TO PAY BY CHEQUE
If you wish to pay by cheque please emai us with your order we will the place your order we will place your order. Once the cheque has been cleared this can take up to 5/7 days depending on your bank.
we will inform you when your order has been place and sent.

Paypal provide 24 hour secure server.ensuring all your payment info are encrypted & protected.
DELIVERY AND AVAILABILITY.
We are a very busy little company and do hope you understand items in stock can take up to 5/7 working days for orders to be dispatched.
If you need your goods for a certain date please e mail us and we will do our utmost to make sure it arrives to you on time.
Please note occasionally an item may be out of stock if this does happen we will contact you to let you know.
To avoid disappointment we do recommend ordering 6 weeks before the big day.
All our products are subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time.
If we cannot supply you with the product we will arrange for your order to be cancelled and refunded.
DELIVERY.
When your order is delivered by royal mail and you are not there to accept delivery,they will leave you a card and your parcel will be taken back to your local depot. If you do not collect after 1 week it will be returned to us and you will need to contact us to arrange redelivery which is chargeable.
We currently ship to uk/europe. If worldwide and wish to place an order please contact us for a price and we will be happy to quote a price.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS.
We are sure you will be happy with your purchases. If for any reason you are not happy you can return within 7 days of receipt of goods. You must notify us first in writing and include your order number product description,and the reason for the return. Please let us know whether you would like the product replacing or a refund excluding any postage charges. We are happy to do either providing they arrive back to us i re-saleable condition and original packaging. They are returned at your own cost.
We are unable to offer refunds on lost or damaged items in return transit. Please make sure that all goods are wrapped well and that you have proof of posting or have used signed for delivery. You will receive a refund through paypal the same way you sent payment. Refund will be processed within 28 days minus postage costs.
All damaged goods must be reported to us within 3 working days and we will replace.
PRICES COLOURS AND SIZES.
We have taken great care and attention the colours sizes and prices are correct at the time they were displayed on the website. We do have the right to alter the price at any time. Prices do include 15% vat dimensions are either given in inches or cm’s.

please note purchases must be 18 or over use a valid credit or debit card. Please note we do not deliver to po boxes, hotels, accommodation addresses, these are not acceptable.
